EFT works beautifully with Hypnotherapy and NLP
(Neuro Linguistic Programming) and reaches the
deeper mind and emotions with an added body
component. With EFT we can easily and rapidly gain
access to parts of our subconscious mind to create
change. As people experience EFT most report a
profound relaxing of stressful emotions that we
carry with us and access daily. These emotions that
come up are actually anchored in earlier
programming. EFT involves a simple process of
tapping on stress relief points (Acupuncture
Points) as you focus on your issue.
While traditional therapy methods can take months
or years and thousands of dollars, EFT usually
allows you to achieve lasting results in just a few
sessions. Most clients receive measurable results
in only one session.
How does it work?
The stress relief points on the body that we tap in
the EFT procedure are in fact meridian points based
on the same system as acupuncture. Gary Craig calls
EFT "an emotional form of acupuncture, except that
we don't use needles. Instead, we tap with the
fingertips to stimulate certain meridian points
while the client is 'tuned in' to the problem."
EFT is becoming one the fastest growing
energy/meridian therapies. Quantum Medicine is
discovering that every cell in our body has
intelligence. We can tune in and acknowledge that
our energy system is experiencing a disruption.
Then we tap on these points to release the
emotional zap that is causing discomfort. For more
information, watch the EFT video and visit Gary
Craig's
website (see my links page).
